Complete our contact form with a brief description of your project. We'll review your requirements and respond within 24 hours with an initial proposal and estimated pricing.
Once you approve the proposal, we require a 50% upfront payment to begin the project. After the deposit is received, we start the planning, design, and development process.
Throughout development, we'll share regular progress updates and working versions of your project. You'll have the opportunity to review the work and request revisions according to the agreed project scope.
Once development, testing, and final approval are complete, the remaining 50% balance is due. After payment is received, we deliver all source code, documentation, credentials, and project assets.
For eligible projects, we offer flexible installment payment plans. If you'd like to split your project into multiple payments, let us know during the quotation process, and we'll discuss the available options.
We purchase and register your domain on your behalf. The domain cost is included in your project quotation. You simply choose the name, and we'll register it and provide you with full ownership and access credentials upon project completion.
We configure your hosting environment using trusted cloud providers such as AWS, DigitalOcean, or other platforms that best fit your project's requirements. We handle deployment, server configuration, and security best practices from day one.
Every website we deploy includes an SSL certificate to encrypt communications and keep your visitors' data secure. We also configure automatic renewals whenever supported by your hosting provider.
We can create professional email accounts using your domain (for example, [email protected]). We'll configure the email service and provide all the credentials needed to access it from your preferred email client.
If we manage your infrastructure, we'll monitor upcoming domain and hosting renewals and notify you well in advance to help prevent service interruptions and unexpected downtime.
We accept bank transfers for all projects. PayPal payments are also available upon request. All payments are made directly to Norfrox, with no intermediaries involved.
